Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is requested to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer your appointment time to another patient.

Dandelion Medical Aesthetics understands that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances do arise, and each situation is reviewed individually with that in mind.

What Counts as a No-Show

The following are each considered a no-show:

• Canceling or rescheduling an appointment with less than 24 hours' notice
• Not arriving for a scheduled appointment
• Arriving more than 15 minutes late to a scheduled appointment

New Patients and Repeat No-Shows

New patients who schedule an appointment but do not call to cancel or do not arrive for their appointment, as well as any patient who repeatedly no-shows or otherwise disregards this policy, will not be invited to schedule future appointments. This determination is made at the sole discretion of the practice owner.
